The tribe of Asher received the blessing of oil and it is there we find the phase "Tovel bashemen raglo" (Deut. 33:24) where it is referring to fertile ground. "Tovel" btw, meaning to dip, can also be found in the instruction of Aaron regarding dipping his fingers into the blood of a sacrifice (Leviticus 9:9) but it also can refer to someone who immerses himself in a body of water (Kings II 5:14).Today the phrase denotes someone who lives well. "MeiAz shehu yatsa lepensia hu tovel bashemen raglo v’nehene meikol yom” - Ever since he retired he lives well and enjoys every day. Amen
